My Top Five Public Land Tips For The Hard Core Hunters
- Get out in the First two weeks of the season and hunt hard.. (before every one else does and the Big Bucks go Nocturnal)
- Get out and Hunt in the Morning. (far less people that get up early to hunt)
- If you can hunt during the Week when there is Less Pressure.. (less people in the woods)
- Find the thick Nasty stuff no one else goes into. (Big Bucks Love this stuff)
- Figure out where other hunters are hunting. (stay away from them) ” if its been hunted it’s been Pressured”

It seems like I find a decent spot only to find other hunters and/or too much activity and it makes the big bucks notural.
There isn’t really an easy answer or silver bullet for beating the crowds other than to get as far away from them as possible. Although in some cases if you don’t have other options for hunting areas you have to work with what you got.
I’m not sure how many acres the area you are hunting is, but try to find little undisturbed spots overlooked by others. Wet areas, spots too thick to venture into…
